Envirsion Land Surface Model

Realtime Surface Heat Fluxes / Energy Budget

The realtime surface energy balance can be estimated for any location in the Continental United States using the Envirsion Land Surface Model. Output from the model can be used for assessing the intensity of incoming solar radiation, estimating boundary layer growth from the sensible heat flux, predicted evapotranspiraton rates from the latent heat flux, and numerous other applications. These calculations are available in one of many tools that Envirsion, LLC offers in our suite of services and we look forward to tailoring our products to your orginization's specific needs.

Use the form below to calculate incoming solar radiation, net radiation, sensible heat flux, latent heat flux, ground heat flux, and friction velocity.
